Game Modes in Starblast.io
Team Mode:
In Team Mode, three teams compete against each other with the primary objective of destroying the enemy teams' space stations. Players mine asteroids to collect gems, which are used to gain experience and unlock new ships. Teamwork is crucial as players cooperate to besiege enemy bases and defend their own. Spacebases in this mode consist of two spawn ports, two gem depots where upgrades can be purchased, and nine connector modules that link various parts of the base.
Survival Mode:
Survival Mode is the original and classic mode of Starblast.io. In this Free-For-All mode, the objective is to achieve the highest score possible. Players increase their score by mining asteroids to collect gems, which can be used to upgrade their ship and unlock more advanced models. Eliminating other players also contributes to your score. However, dying results in a significant loss of points, although players will respawn with their ship and its upgrades intact.
Invasion Mode:
Invasion Mode is a cooperative game mode where players team up to face waves of computer-controlled enemies. The challenge is to survive as long as possible against these increasingly difficult waves. Cooperation and strategy are key to enduring the onslaught and achieving a high score in this mode.
